A little more about me...

There is nothing I value more than the bond I have with my family. I was very fortunate to have grown up in a household where my parents and my older sister both led by example in showing me how hard work leads to success. As an adult, I am very lucky to have my own family; I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and a new dad to my four-month-old daughter.

The hobby I enjoy most in life is strength training. I began working out in high school to try and improve as an athlete but as I got older, I fell in love with the science behind resistance training and the discipline that comes with it. Other hobbies of mine include going to Yankee games with friends and family (I am a die-hard Yankees fan), exploring local breweries and wineries, weekend trips to the Jersey Shore, and binge watching current and past TV shows with my wife on Netflix.
