Overview
This program is designed for the individual who is looking to build strength and stability for the muscles that help support the knee. If you suffer from chronic knee pain where you have pain or discomfort squatting, go up and down stairs, running or even going for a long walk then this program is for you. If you are suffering from more of an acute injury (pain from a fall, meniscus tear etc.) I advise not purchasing this program as you would be looking for a plan tailored specifically towards your injury. The main goal of this program is to strengthen the major muscles of the lower extremity, where we begin with basic movement patterns and every two weeks exercises are progressed to increase the difficulty. Exercise progressions are designed specifically to help improve activities of daily living.

Equipment: No equipment necessary, but having a dumbbell or kettlebell set will be beneficial
