Caty is a runner and lifestyle content creator sharing her relatable running journey, life as a 20-something in NYC, and advocacy for dementia awareness. She started running in 2023 with the Alzheimer’s Association to honor her mom, who was diagnosed with dementia in 2022. Caty has run two world major marathons at a beginner-friendly pace and documents her journey on TikTok to inspire and encourage others. She is gearing up to start her training for the United Half in March!
